We loved the location of this hotel! It is situated right in the heart of the city, close to all the restaurants and shops. We also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the hotel facilities were. The breakfast was a great start to each day, and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The pool was amazing and the breakfast had a decent selection. The location was perfect for exploring the city's sights on foot and we enjoyed the beautiful view from our room.
The twin beds were a bit narrow for a couple and the bathroom had some cleanliness issues.

Terrible experience, they charged us even if we did not use airport transfer with an unbelievable price four or five times than a regular rate. I did not recommend this otel.

We love staying at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. We enjoy being able to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions that we desire. The staff here is always friendly and professional. They go above and beyond to make sure we have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we need for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciate the free toiletries and electric kettle in the room. The swimming pool and fitness center are top-notch, providing us with a great way to relax and stay active during our stay.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends. The location is incredible and the staff is always helpful and polite.

Located in the heart of the city and with an incredible view of the mountains, this hotel offers an excellent location for exploring. the gym and pool facilities are new, and the room has a decent sized refrigerator.
The Wi-Fi here is terrible and unreliable, making it a frustrating experience throughout the stay.

Spent xmas in a hotel in Krasnodar. Very pleased with the two spacious pools, one indoor and one outdoor. Great for swimming off those holiday calories! the location was excellent, within walking distance of several restaurants and cafes.
The breakfast buffet lacked variety and nutritious options. Would have preferred more options for vegetarians and those looking for healthier choices.
